How Check In Works

If this is your first time to visit New Life Kids, you are our honored guest! Upon arrival to the front entrance of the Main Building, you will notice an area on your left that is reserved for our check-in process. At the kiosk, please notify our designated team member that it is your first time to visit with us. We will meet your family, check your child into our secure database system, and one of our team members will direct you to the age-appropriate classroom for your child. 
We will ask for the following personal information: family members’ names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number, phone carrier, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs, etc.) for your child.
Once your family is registered in our system, you will receive two stickers (one child and one parent sticker) for each child registered to attend Kids Church. These two stickers contain matching information and will be used to verify your identity when picking up your child at the end of the service.
Each child's sticker will have the child's name printed on the sticker, along with the cell number and any details (like allergies or special instructions) you entered during registration and a unique registration number. This sticker should be placed on your child's clothing (usually the back for younger children) and will remain on the child throughout their visit to Kids Church. 
The adult sticker is yours and contains similar information to the child's sticker, including the identical unique registration code. This sticker will be used to match you back to your child during pick up after service ends. You must present your sticker to pick up your child. 
If you have multiple children, you will receive two stickers per child, however, each of the adult stickers will be identical, if the children are registered at the same time. 
Each time your child attends Kids Church, a new sticker is printed with a new unique registration code. 
Once registered in our system, text to register is available and your stickers will be waiting on you in the Kids Check In area. Each week, Kids Check In opens at 9:30 a.m.
